Some pics from my trip to Korea for my company's Pre-Inspection Meeting to Doosan factory in Changwon. Turned out that the most interesting thing about that place is the visit to Doosan's Factory..Apart from that, DO NOT ever step into that place.. hahaha...

Our hosts were very friendly though, brought us to some traditional Korean restaurant..Had a heavenly dinner..too bad i did not have Nikki around..but still have some very random shots i took while I was there...

Beijing Olympics 2008

What else can I say...Chinese are chinese..as one of my colleague told me...Si Ai Bin " Die die oso wan face"...thus...that is how u got the wonders of The Beijing Olympics opening ceremony..

Apparently they are so deep into perfectionizing (if there is such word) the whole affair..the Chinese managed so well to overdo it.. When i was watching the opening..the part where the 9 year old girl singing was mesmerizing..her voice..clear and angelic..but the problem came soon after..i realized it was a lip-sync. did not hit me at the moment and i shrugged it off as the recording problem or the transmission problem..but after reading in the paprers today..it was confirmed.. i mean..Y did they do that? there is no harm in putting a less good looking (presentable) girl on stage..wat is olympics abt then? not putting everyone on the same level? Judging a talented girl by her looks jz like that... it is jz plain unfairness~~Disappointment!!!!

However, the rest of the show was just jaw dropping!!! the sight of 2008 by 2008 soldiers..performing all those brilliant repertoires...their practice made me imagine of how Alexander the Great conquered cities by marching his soldiers off a cliff..to their DEATH!!

CHINA is never short of talents..just take a look at the songs for the games..









Despite all the criticism..I am still anticipating the Closing ceremony :-P..Go out and show the world what you can do CHINA!!!
